Hughes #2 Aquatic Soil Blend (1G)

We like to use the #2 soil for our lotus and tropical water lilies. It is a more dense, sandy loam-style soil.

• 33% Fine Pumice
  

Consider adding a bag of our pea gravel to your order! We like to plant our tropical water lilies and lotus in the #2 soil, top with pea gravel, and water deeply before slowly placing in the pond. This reduces the chance of soil escaping the pot when putting your plant into the pond.
