Our custom carnivorous soil blend is simple, and nutrient-poor! Carnivorous plants have evolved over time in bogs and wetlands where most minerals were washed away, only leaving bugs as their food source. Carnivorous plants do not need fertilizer for this reason.

Carnivorous prefer distilled or rain water, they cannot tolerate the chlorine in most tap water.
